I’m thrilled to have you here and want your journey on My Heart & Mind to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Think of this page as your quick, friendly guide to everything technical, from logging in to managing your account and courses. I’ve organised these answers to help you get the support you need quickly and easily. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to reach out, I am here to help you every step of the way!

I’m sorry to hear that! A confirmation email for your course, event, or guide should arrive within minutes of signing up.

 ~ First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's there, please add my email address to your 'safe sender' list to ensure you receive future important updates.

 ~ If it's not in your spam/junk folder, the most common reason is a small typo in your email address during signup. Please Contact Me with the email address you intended to use, and I'll quickly check for any errors and help you update it. 

No problem at all! You can easily reset it using the Forgot Password link. Just enter the email address you used to sign up, and I'll send you a link to set a new password.  

If you're seeing an "Incorrect login details" notification after trying to Sign In:

1. Check your email address. You may have signed up with a different one.

2. Test if your email is on my system by clicking Forgot Password and entering your email.

 ~ If you receive a password reset link, great! You know the email is correct.
 
 ~ If you get an "We cannot find a user with that e-mail address" message, please Contact Me so I can check which email you used when you registered.

I understand this happens! Yes, you can still access your account. On the 2FA login screen, you should see an option to log in using a 'magic link' sent directly to your registered email address. This offers a quick and secure backup.

Once you have Signed In to the platform, you'll land on your dashboard, where you can see all your enrolled courses and upcoming live events.

To access your personal details:

 ~ Look for your Profile Icon (My Profile) in the upper right corner of the menu bar.

 ~ Click My Profile > My Account.

Here you can:

 ~ View and update your profile information

 ~ Change your password (see next FAQ)

 ~ Manage email notifications

 ~ Handle billing information (credit card details, invoices) 

 1. Sign In to your account.
 
 2. Go to My Profile (in the top right corner) > My Account.

 3. Click the Password tab above your profile details. Follow the prompts to set your new password. 

You can manage all your billing and subscriptions directly in your account settings:

 1. Sign In and click your Profile Icon (My Profile) in the upper right corner.

 2. Go to My Profile > My Account.

 3. Click the Billing tab to manage your subscriptions and credit card information.

What happens next? Once cancelled, you will retain access to the course/membership until the current billing period ends. After that, the system will automatically unenroll you. Please also review my Terms and Conditions regarding payment obligations. If you need any help, please Contact Me Here.

I only want to send you emails you enjoy! To manage your email preferences, simply click the unsubscribe link at the very bottom of any email you receive from My Heart & Mind. You will be taken to a preferences page where you can choose to unsubscribe from specific topics or all emails.

You should stop receiving the opted-out emails right away. If you continue to receive unwanted emails after a day, please Contact Me so I can help you right away. 

As a member, your home page is your membership dashboard (or 'Your Stuff'). This provides quick access to:

 ~ All your currently enrolled courses.
 ~ Upcoming live classes and meetings.
 ~ Your Community link for support and connection.
 ~ Links to my latest Blog & Podcast articles.
 ~ Access to my full list of Courses & Memberships and the Live Calendar of events. 

 1. First, register for the event using the link provided on the site's [Live Calendar/Events Page Hyperlink].

 2. Look for a confirmation email containing the direct access link (usually a Zoom Link).

 3. Be sure to log in before the start time to join the live session! 

To join my FREE My Heart & Mind Community: Simply navigate to the Communities tab on my website and register for my zero-cost My Heart & Mind Community.

To join my SECRET Your Heart & Mind Community: This community is a benefit of my paid members-only programme. You can gain access by signing up for the Your Heart & Mind Membership. You'll find this programme under the Courses section.

 ~ First, check your internet speed. You can use a Free Speed Test Link to get a general idea of your current connection. Keep in mind that speeds can fluctuate, especially on Wi-Fi or cellular networks.

 ~ If your speed is good, try refreshing your browser or switching browsers. If the problem persists, please Contact Me with details about your device and browser, and I'll investigate further!
