Monthly Relaxamation Sessions: Your Calm Within the Storm

Life after a cardiac event or diagnosis can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and emotionally exhausting. That’s why I created relaxamations - to offer you a gentle, restorative space to breathe, reset, and reconnect. These sessions blend the best of guided relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, and affirmations, giving you a powerful tool to soothe anxiety, lower blood pressure, and restore emotional balance.

Each pre-recorded session is designed to help you retrain your brain to relax. Whether you’re feeling tense, scattered, or simply in need of a moment to yourself, relaxamations invite you to slow down and be present. You’ll learn how to shift your mindset, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of peace that supports both your heart and your mind. It’s not just about relaxation. It’s about transformation through gentle, consistent practice.

These sessions are more than just audio tracks, they’re your emotional anchor. They offer a safe, nurturing experience that fits into your day whenever you need it most. Whether you listen in the morning to set your intention, during a stressful moment, or before bed to unwind, Relaxamations becomes a trusted companion on your recovery journey.

In a world that rarely slows down, relaxamations give you permission to pause. To feel held, supported, and empowered. It’s your invitation to reconnect with yourself, to find calm in the chaos, and to make positive mental change - one breath at a time.
